Mermaid Tail Low-poly 3D model

The tail doesn't come with textures which it should when it costs 10 dollars. I literally bought a dragon asset with textures and colors and a way to change the colors of the dragon the dragon was 5 dollars fully animated with textures the mermaid tail which is just a flapping tail with no colors or textures is twice as much with less than 1/3 of the detail. Major RIPOFF not happy at all

Super cool tail, i'm really confused on how to put the tail on a roblox character though.
