This was the primary file I needed, and its failure to function. 2.Geometry Problems: The other file formats include the model, but it’s composed entirely of disconnected triangles. Each triangle is a separate piece, making the model nearly impossible to edit or work. 3.Lack of Support: I reached out to the seller’s support team over a month ago to address these issues but have not received a single response. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this purchase has been a waste of time and money.
