Leopard 5 is the first model of BYD's Equation Leopard car, a new energy mid size SUV based on BYD's DMO super hybrid off-road platform, positioned as a tough off-road vehicle in the market. The Leopard 5 broke the Guinness World Record for the highest altitude reached by a hybrid car at 5980 meters above sea level, with a square overall design. The front face is equipped with two prominent through type light strips, forming a circular light strip with the outer light source of the headlights. The entire headlight design is square and retro, with the Equation Leopard logo placed in the center, and a slightly protruding black bumper and silver protective plate below, enhancing the off-road atmosphere. The side of the car also adopts a relatively straight and square design, with a luggage rack on the roof. The protruding black wheel arches and door sills reflect a good tough off-road style. In terms of details, the front fender is equipped with a side rear facing camera, and the C-pillar has been widened and treated in the same color, with the brand logo embedded in it, enhancing its delicacy. The rear part of the car features a narrow upper and wide lower design, as well as an external spare tire. The taillights are vertical and form a symmetrical pattern, with a back shaped structure that echoes the front face. The lower bumper is also equipped with a trailer hole and two anchor points. In terms of body size, the new car has a length of nearly 4.9 meters and a wheelbase of about 2.8 meters, with a large approach angle, departure angle, and ground clearance. The overall body size is similar to that of the Mercedes Benz G-Class, positioning it as a mid size new energy hardcore off-road SUV.Model making software: 3ds Max 2014
