Who says electric cars can't look good?

This is my electric hot rod concept. Based off of a 1932 Ford sedan, this all wheel drive sedan is powered by 4 powerful in wheel motors. By using in wheel motors instead of a traditional transmission, increase efficiency as well as allow for regenerative breaking to recharge the batteries. Under the hood where the engine normally sits would be a large bank of lithium batteries and electronics. With AWD and the instant torque provided by the electric motors, this hot rod would be a silent, speed demon. The chassis would be a traditional steel rail design but the body and panels would be fiberglass or carbon fiber to save weight and increase efficiency. I want to break the stereotype that electric cars are slow, ugly, boring machines. This would be an electric car that you could pull into a car show and pull out with a trophy.
