It's not optimized in the slightest for blender, if that's what you're looking for. I may as well have downloaded an .obj and done it all myself, because that's basically how the blender file was set up. I had to add the materials manually, I had to set units manually, only thing I didn't have to do was place the items in the town. Nonetheless, it's a nice looking village and it took me all of 5 minutes to get as far as the author should have when uploading a blender file, so I'll still recommend it.
