-WHAT IS IT?- In this pack you will find a lot of elements for create your city scenery. All the elements are created with semi procedural materials - that can be easely tweaked - and modular elements. The streets and sidewalks are created with modules (like a kitbash for your city layouts).

COSTUMIZATION You can customize colors, levels of rust, scratches and others variables in each material.

COSTUMIZATION - STREETS AND SIDEWALKS The asphalt material includes the properties to change the lines, add a center line, change color and level of destruction.

EFFECTS - WATERLEVEL You can control the water level (from the properties in the basecube) in the streets and sidewalks. They adapt to the materials and you can tweak the water marks of the tires by the asphalt material costumization.

EFFECTS - RAINDROPS You can add the raindrop effect in all materials (its configures in the properties of the basecube) - You can create a rainy city scene to change one value.

EFFECTS - LIGHTS AND TRAFFIC LIGHTS You can control all the lights in your scene from the basecube properties. They are really easy to animate. Other lights sources, like the railroad crossing are automatically animated and flashes when they are turned on.
