Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This is a larger-scale destruction asset compared to the previous one. It depicts a four-story residential apartment block that has had its entire front face sheared off. It is perfect for urban warfare maps or cityscapes devastated by earthquakes or airstrikes.
Vertical Cross-Section Because the front wall is missing, you get a clear view of the building's internal structure. You can see the repetitive layout of the apartments stacked on top of each other, from the ground floor all the way to the roof. This adds a sense of scale and realism to your environment.
Precarious Interiors Despite the destruction, the floors are still holding up heavy furniture. You can see brown sofas or bed frames left behind in the exposed rooms on every level. This detail adds a narrative element, suggesting residents fled in a hurry or were caught by surprise.
Weathered Concrete Shell The walls feature a worn, dirty white texture with patches of peeling yellow paint and exposed grey concrete. The edges where the walls have broken off are jagged and rough, showing the thickness of the construction material.
Massive Debris Pile At the base of the building lies a large mound of heavy concrete blocks and slab fragments. This connects the building to the ground and visually explains where the missing front wall went, making the collapse look physically accurate.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: Since this asset has multiple floors, it is great for vertical gameplay. You can place invisible walls or collision boxes at the edge of the rooms to prevent players from falling off, or leave them open for a high-risk sniping position.
