Modern House 3D model

I've created this model of a house for one of my clients. He allowed me to put it up for online sale.

Note that this model is only of the house, not the surroundings. If you wan't everything in the first render, let me know, and I might put it up for sale :)

The house is perfect for architectural renders and/or an asset for a game...
