With this download you'll get the nativ Blender files and an FBX files. Within both files you will find each roof twice. Depending on what you need, fast or detailed you can choose which object to keep and render. For optimal usage of the provided files I recommend using the Blender file duo adjustments which have been done within the Blender Shader editor but not baked into the textures themselve.
