Waco YMF-5 V04

Waco YMF-5 V04 3D model

Description

WACO YMF-5 medium poly biplane was built near to scale within a couple of percent of actual general dimensions. It has high resolution textures and is available in a wide range of formats. It has a lot of detailed modeling including the radial engine, cockpit and much more. The model includes many animateable features such as ailerons, elevators, rudder, propeller and controls. This model was developed for animation and rendering in-flight. It may be used for other purposes such as a static model to populate an airport scene.

The Waco F series was a range of American-built private pilot owner and training biplanes of the 1930s from the Waco Aircraft Company. YMF-5 new design roughly based on the YMF, by WACO. The 1934 model YMF was redesigned with a longer and wider fuselage, larger rudder and other structural changes, and put into production in March 1986 by WACO Classic Aircraft as the YMF-5. Over 100 YMF-5s were completed as of 2012 with new examples being built to specific orders.
