F16 Threat Warning Prime Panel - TWPP

F16 Threat Warning Prime Panel - TWPP 3D model

Description

The Threat Warning Prime Panel (TWPP) together with the Threat Warning Auxillary Panel (TWAP) work with the Radar Warning Reciever (RWR)as a set. The TWPP, together with the TWAP, the RWR and the Chaff/Flare Panel belong to the EWS (Electronic Warface System) of the F-16 informing the pilot of any potential threats from air or ground. The Threat Warning Prime Panel is located on the left front center console under the left eyebrow.

The model was created in Blender 2.79 for the Cycles engine, the textures and materials are PBR based. The model has been rigged with simple Empties for easy animation.

  • Vertex Count: 14.249
  • Poly Count: 13.710

As this is a warning panel it has illuminated buttons to warn the pilot of any potential threat like an enemy missile launch or priority modes. I setup a simple node setup to control this ability of the model just by selecting the necesary warning and changing it's status from OFF to ON or vice versa.

I tried to keep all the materials packed within the .blend but if for some reason it is not here, you can find them on the Texture folder in the .zip file that accompanies this panel or if you still require it, don't hesitate in contacting me.
