Mesh has multiple problems. Open faces. Unwelded vert. Flipped normals. Price is good, but he doesn't show these issues in the renders he posted and that's where I'm taking issue with. The model would require a lot of work to make it usable. Aside from that, artist has an unprofessional attitude blaming the buyers.
