Not Recommended
Good base geometry but poor execution -- no materials (so textures don't load, need to manually create wood / porcelain etc. effect), overlapping models, hidden work-in-progress (?) models, no subsurf modifiers. Not possible to use as-is. I tried Blender and FBX versions.
