To be eligible for a refund, request must be submitted within 7 days after the purchase.

Note that on CGTrader, customers purchase products directly from artists, and CGTrader guarantees money refund only for products bought from sellers with Quality Guarantee status. However every seller on CGTrader is responsible for supporting customers and is liable for refunding if product has evident problems or was mistakenly described by the author.

If money was refunded, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them.
