He's concrete, he's straightforward - he creates what he wants! Meet Daniel Mikulik - professional graphic designer, an architect and a man who has a secret love for motorcycles!

Can you tell us a little about yourself and how you got into the 3D industry?

I started as a Concept Artist on the "Afterfall" project ("Burżuazja"). I graduated from IT College, where I explored the secrets of 3D graphics, and it allowed me to start working with a QubicGames company, as a Lead 3D Graphic Designer and Animator.

As for today, I professionally create graphic designs for TV news program "Fakty TVN". I also create 3D models and animations after my working hours.

What kind of research process do you have?

There is no research, I create what I want and what I like.

How do you market your products? Can you share some tips & tricks?

I mostly create architecture. Other models are parts of my biggest projects.

What do you enjoy most about working in 3D industry?

Creativity! I'm learning how something is done to find out how it should be modeled.

What’s the hardest thing being a professional 3D designer?

People think that everything is created in 5 minutes.

What software do you use?

3D studio + V-Ray, and 3D elements from Video Copilot.

What are you working on next?

I’m modeling a motorcycle. My other hobby - café racer. I’ve been building my own bike for a couple of months.
