Turbosmooth modifier isn't applied on the meshes by default but you can turn it on.

Mental Ray is assigned as a renderer. SSS Fast materials are used for the body. Arch & design material is used for the clothing.

Lights And Scene are included. The preview images are rendered in Mental ray.

Model is Rigged With biped + Skin. Beard and cloack fur is done with Hair and fur default modifier in 3ds max.
